I lead the UX design and developement to revamp UC Berkeley’s outdated Innovation Fellowship website. The goal was to create a platform that clearly communicates the program's value, simplifies the user journey, and supports both applicants and administrators. I began by auditing the existing webpage to identify usability issues and content gaps. Working within a tight timeline, I defined new user flows, reorganized information architecture, and designed a vibrant, intuitive interface.
The result was a modern platform that enhanced clarity, reduced cognitive load, and received enthusiastic approval from the stakeholder team. The project is now in development.
